Alma Rezac was born to Frank and Emma (Stastny) Dvorak on a farm northeast of Crete in Lancaster County on August 29, 1928.  She passed away on June 30, 2022, at the Wilber Care Center.  She attended school in Lancaster County District 144.  After that school closed, she attended school in Denton.  Alma married Leonard Rezac in 1947.  They lived on a farm for 40 years by Denton.  In 1985, they moved to Crete.  They had 2 sons:  David and Gary, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  Alma helped on the farm and also worked at Russell Stover for four and a half years, thirteen years at Formfit, 8 years at the Crete Hospital.  While working at the hospital, she was named employee of the month.  Alma Belonged to Tabor Lodge 74.  She liked being around people and listening to Polka music and dancing and being with the grandchildren.  Alma was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonard, son Gary, brother Edward Frank and sister Rosie Smith.  She is survived by her son and daughter in law David and Bonnie, daughter in law Sherry Rezac, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.  Memorials in lieu of flowers in care of David Rezac, 651 County Road 2000, Crete, NE  68333.  Private family services.  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete.
