Bonnie M. Warnken, age 81, of Wilber, Nebraska, passed away at Crete Area Medical Center on October 31, 2025. She was born on September 20, 1944, in Beatrice to Orris and Evelyn Heller. Bonnie attended school in Clatonia, Nebraska. After graduation, she worked a variety of jobs during her life, including the Grocery Store in Clatonia, the Clatonia Bar and the Wilber Bakery. She even owned and operated her own cleaning business while taking the time to care for her family. She will be remembered for her spicy energy and zest for life. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Duane. She is survived by her sons and daughter in law: Don and Bonnie Warnken of Diller, Dennis Warnken of Lincoln, nieces: Sue Nelson and Shari Wilkins, cousins: Linda Lawler and Jim Heller. Services are Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber. Memorials are in care of the family for future designation. Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber.
