Darlene Valenta, 88, of Western, Nebraska, passed away on February 18, 2022 in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She was born at the family home northeast of Western on November 18, 1933 to Edmund, Sr. and Abbie (Tyser) Brejcha.  Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund Sr. and Abbie Brejcha and her brother, Edmund Brejcha, Jr.  She is survived by her brother: Leonard Brejcha,  sons:  Robert Sieber, Alvin Valenta and Allan Valenta and her grandchildren.  Services will be held on Tuesday, March 1 , 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber, NE.  Viewing will be one hour prior to services.  Interment in Wilber Czech Cemetery.  Memorials are in care of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete.
