Dean James Ripa, 58, of Wilber, died July 1, 2022, in Lincoln, NE, after a short battle with cancer.  Dean was born August 16, 1963, in Crete, NE, the fourth son of Joseph and Norma Ripa.  He is survived by brothers:  Doug (Debra) Ripa, Dennis (Joan) Ripa, Dale (Angela) Ripa; nieces and nephews:  Cory Nickel, Travis Ripa, Keri Nickel, Kelsi (Travis) Tonniges, Lauren (Adam) Briese, Madeline (Trevor) Vogel, Anna (Riley) Johnson, Sarah Ripa and fiancé Alex Kuntz; 11 grand nieces and nephews, 3 great-grand nieces and nephews; aunts:  Ruth Walker, Louise Ripa, and numerous cousins.  Dean was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Norma Ripa.  Memorials may be made to the family and will be designated at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber.
