After a short battle with bile duct cancer,Deborah Sue (Sasek) Pallas died on February 25, 2016 in Crete, NE at the age of 59. She leaves behind her husband, Jerry Pallas; her daughter Tiffany and her husband Brian Matthews, her son Adam and his wife Erica (Novak) Pallas along with 2 grandsons Miles and Vincent Pallas. Deb was born on April 11, 1956 to Joe and Virginia Sasek. She was the oldest of 4 siblings including brothers Marvin (Bev) and Randy (Kim) Sasek and sister Donna (Jon) (Sasek) Pedersen.

Deb married Jerry Pallas on June 10, 1977 and they started their life together in Wilber, NE where she continued to live until her death. She spent much of her working career at Peterson Manufacturing in DeWitt. Most recently, she was employed at Hotel Wilber.

Deb was an incredibly strong woman who faced her cancer diagnosis with the ultimate resolve. She loved horses, riding and being around other people. She had a warm heart and loved to hear people's stories and could strike up a conversation with anyone.

Deb is survived by her parents, husband, children, grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in her death by her mother-in-law Mildred Pallas, Uncle Bob and her beloved grandmother Tillie Sasek.

It was Deb's wishes to be cremated and have her ashes spread at her favorite place in the world, the Sasek family farm. The family would like to invite you to her memorial service on Tuesday March 1st, 2016 @10:30AM at Kuncl funeral home in Wilber.
