Eugene Edward Musil age 82, was born on August 29, 1940 on a farm north of Western, Nebraska to Louis and Rose (Korensky) Musil and passed away on February 19, 2023 in Fairbury, Nebraska.

He attended school District #95 and Western High School graduating in 1958.  After graduating he farmed for many years.  He bowled in leagues at Wilber and Fairbury bowling alleys winning many trophies and enjoyed polka music and spending time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Rose Musil.

Eugene is survived by his brother and sister in law; Clarence and Darlene Musil of Western, nephew; Kent and wife Sandy Musil of Western, niece; Kerri and husband Greg Conn of Wausa, Nebraska,  great nephews; Andrew and wife Sadie Conn and children, Calvin and Cooper Conn of Bennet, Nebraska,  Austin Conn of Omaha, Ryan Musil and friend Daisy West of Daykin, Nebraska, great niece; Katherine and husband John Johnson, and their children, Amelia and Phoenix of Seward, Nebraska and many cousins and  friends.

Services are pending with Kuncl Funeral Home, Wilber, Nebraska in charge of services.
