Francis J. Reiss, 91, of Crete, died August 4, 2018 in Milford. He was born on October 2, 1926 in Crete to Gustav and Mary Reiss. He was a Korean War Veteran and served as a Crete Policeman for 26 years. Francis was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Barbara and brother: Lloyd Reiss. He is survived by his sons: Doug and Kenneth. Grandchildren: Annessa (Noah), Kaylor, Douglas J. (DeeJay), and Karlee. 4 great granddaughters. Sister: Janice Underwood and sisters in law: Mary Ann Reiss and Myrna Jones. Graveside Services: Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 10:30 AM, Riverside Cemetery, Crete, NE. No visitation. Memorials are in care of the family. Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete is in charge of arrangements.
