Hugh Donald Walker III, 86, of Crete, passed away March 26, 2022.  He was born on July 26, 1935, to Hugh Donald Walker II and Helen Berry in La Junta, Colorado.  He was an officer for the Denver Police Department for thirty years and a member of the Army National Guard Reserves from 1954-1987 serving as a Mudpuppy.  Hugh enjoyed listening to country music and had a passion for mixed martial arts, in which he earned five black belts.  He is survived by his wife Linda and son Cameron.  A memorial graveside service will be held April 14 ^th , 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Crete, NE.  In lieu of flowers memorials are in the care of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete.
