Keith A. Hildebrand, 77 of Crete, NE lost his courageous battle to cancer on June 11, 2016. He
was born on March 3rd 1939 in Omaha to Lewis and Helen (Gillispe) Hildebrand. Upon
completion of High School, Keith enlisted into the United States Navy. His time of service
began in 1958 and ended in 1962. After his discharge from the service Keith began working at
Airlite Plastics where he met his wife Marcelyn (Bohlen). They were united in marriage on July
31, 1964. On September 15, 1965, Keith and Marcy relocated to Crete, NE where he began his
30-year career with Alpo (Nestle) as an Electrician later advancing to Plant Engineer. Retiring in
1996, Keith began his retirement traveling with his wife Marcy. Keith devoted his time to his
family and friends. Keith was involved in his community and was a free mason. He leaves
behind his loving wife Marcelyn, son Martin (Lola) Hildebrand, daughter Diane (Scott) Bloch,
granddaughters Haley Sowders, Allie Bloch, Stormie Mohr, grandson Matthew Bloch, great-
granddaughter Gemma and great-grandson Hunter. He is preceded in death by his parents and
son Kevin Hildebrand. Celebration of Life will be Thursday (6-23-2016) at 10:30 am, at Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete. Cremation; no visitation. Memorials are in care of the family.
