Lila Fern Mullen, 79, of Wilber, Nebraska, passed away at Tator & Kory's home on Sunday, March 12, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 30, 1937 in Haddam, Kansas to Leslie & Bess (Cibolski) Ryser. Lila graduated from Hanover High school. She married Francis "Bud" Mullen on February 6, 1956. They had five children, Debby, Cindy, Jody, Kory & Leslie.

Lila was preceded in death by parents, infant sister & husband, Bud in 2008.

She is survived by her children, Debby(Roger ) Holcomb of Grant, Alabama, Cindy Mullen of Washington, Kansas, Jody Mullen of Guntersville, Alabama, Kory Mullen (Darin Hagen) of Wilber, Nebraska, Les Mullen (Sandy} of Blair, Nebraska; Grandchildren, Sheena & Dara Hagen, Nicholas (Kayla) Baumfalk, Kimberly Baumfalk, Kristofer Baumfalk, Jana Geckles, Joshua (April) Geckles, Angela (Michael) Mathis, Amy Holcomb & Amarillo Mullen; Great grandchildren, Axton, Ava, Taylor, Jayden & Bianca; Brothers, Edd & Connie Ryser, Howard & Kay Ryser, Jim Ryser; Sister, Carole Ryser; Sister in-law Connie Hamilton; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday March 18, 2017 at Hawks Cemetery in Cuba, Kansas. Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber, Nebraska is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be left at kunclfh.com.
