Mark Alan Douglas passed away on April 24 , 2023 surrounded by loved ones at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln, NE at the age of 73.  Mark was born on October 14 , 1949 to Gene C. Douglas and Donnette Lou Douglas.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his son Stuart Douglas (and Dana Rigby) of Heber City, UT and his daughter Marci and her husband Chris Woehler of Wayne, NE.  He had three grandchildren, Hadley (12), Cohen (9), and Kaiser (6) Woehler who he loved so very much.  Mark is also survived by sister Barbara and her husband Dean Chase of Tekamah, NE, sister Christine and her husband Denis Strobel of Bluffton, SC, brother Mike and his wife Cindy Douglas of Mt. Vernon, IA, and many nieces and nephews.  Mark proudly served in the United States Army from May 22 , 1969 to May 18 , 1972.  He will be greatly missed by all.  Cremation.  No services at this time.  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete.
