Mary Ann Loukota, born April 7, 1927 in Spencer, NE to Anton and Christina Sedlacek passed away January 27, 2018. Married to Bill Loukota and resided in Gross, NE before moving to Bristow, NE. She was a janitor at the Bristow Methodist Church, helped out at the Bristow grade school kitchen and worked at Eilers Cafe in Bristow. She belonged to the Bristow Women's Club, Home Makers Club, was a 4-H Club Leader and Methodist Ladies Aide. Mary Ann could be seen working in her garden and sweeping the streets. She loved the holidays and was known for her New Year's Eve parties.

In 1970 Bill and Mary Ann moved to Allen, NE where Bill continued to carry mail until he retired and Mary Ann worked as a cook at the Allen Elementary School. In 1991 they moved to Norfolk, NE and resided there until 2004, then they moved to Crete, NE to be closer to their daughters. Mary Ann loved to cook and bake, she was known for her delicious popcorn balls, chocolate cake, and divinity.

Survived by her daughter Punky Reisdorff, son in-law Steve, sister Shirley, grandchildren; Matt, Nate, Jon, Tina and Kyla, great-grandchildren; Maci, Natalie, Mabel, Molly, Mason and Kai and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Bill, daughter Kathi, mom and dad and five brothers and five sisters.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Methodist Church in Bristow, NE.
