Mary Kaye Nerud, 54, of Lincoln passed away on July 10, 2016 at BryanLGH West Hospital in Lincoln. She was born in Lincoln to James and Eileen (Kahle) Nerud on December 8, 1961.

Survivors include her brothers, Dan (Joan) Nerud of Dorchester, Darin (Brenda) Nerud of Dorchester, Doug (Michelle) Nerud of Seward; sister, Sharon (Roger) Braden of Crete; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and her companion therapy dog, Anya.

She is preceded in death by her parents and infant brother.

Graveside Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Dorchester Cemetery, Dorchester, NE. Cremation, No visitation. Memorials care of the family for future designation. Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home, Crete. Condolences may be left at kunclfh.com.
