In Loving Memory of Patty Sue Alitzer Burianek

December 22, 1935 – July 27 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patty Sue Alitzer Burianek, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Patty peacefully left this world on July 27, 2023 in Hallam, Nebraska, where she made a new home with her husband, Dennis Joe Burianek.

Born on December 22, 1935, in West Virginia, Patty led a remarkable life filled with love, compassion, and cherished memories. In February 1995, she married the love of her life, Dennis Joe Burianek, and together they shared a bond that grew stronger with each passing year.

During her earlier years, Patty dedicated herself to the noble profession of nursing. She served as a nurse aid at Madonna, touching countless lives with her care, kindness, and tender-hearted nature. Her passion for helping others made a significant impact on those she cared for and worked alongside.

Outside of her professional life, Patty found immense joy in simple pleasures. She had an inherent love for the outdoors, and it was not uncommon to find her strolling amidst the beauty of nature. She also had a creative side and delighted in crafting handmade cards, each one a thoughtful expression of her love for others.

Patty's greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a doting grandmother. Family gatherings were always filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments that will be forever treasured in their hearts.

Patty Sue Alitzer Burianek leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and joy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

May she rest in eternal peace.

Visitation will be on Monday from 5 -7 at Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete. Graveside Services are Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Camden Cemetery, Seward County, NE.  (Directions to Camden Cemetery:  From Hwy 103, go west on Yankee Hill Rd to 196th.  Turn on 196th and go south to Camden Rd.  Turn and go west on Camden Road.  Cemetery is on the north side of Camden Rd.)  Arrangements entrusted to Kuncl Funeral Home in Crete.
