Robert A. Kunc, 96, of Wilber passed away on March 22, 2016. He was born December 16, 1919 in rural Wilber to Frank Jr. & Agnes (Bors) Kunc. Robert was a farmer and also raised cattle.

Survivors include his children, Richard Kunc of Wilber, Rebecca (Stan) Rychecky of Crete, Franklin (Pam) Kunc of Dorchester, Roberta (Loren) Ripa of Wilber; 10 Grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter which include, Tammy (David) Packer and children Bobby and Evan Packer and great-great granddaughter Haley, Matt (Tami) Kunc and children Sydni and Sawyer and Christina Lock, Doug (Donna) Brinkman, Heidi Kovar and sons Nick and Brandon Kovar, Trisha Splichal and daughters Carly and Delaney, Erin (Kyle) Asher and sons Ryder and Briggs, Tayley and Laney Kunc Becker (daughters of the late Justin Kunc), Amber (Perry) Shane and sons Oliver, Ian, Case and Holt, Jacob (Melanie) Kunc and son Korbin, Jason Ripa and Kim Davis and sons Kadin and Bryston Davis, Jennifer (Brian) Pospisil and children Gavin and Bria; niece Diane (Kohel) Steinauer; nephew, Terry Kohel.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Irene; infant sister, Norma; sister, Camille Kohel; son-in-law, Robert Brinkman Jr.; grandson, Justin Kunc.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Kuncl Funeral Home, Wilber with Pastor Lila Bottolfsen officiating. Visitation with family greeting will be Friday, 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment at Wilber Czech Cemetery. Memorials care of the family for future designation.
