Travis was born in Crete, NE to Dennis Vesely and Juanita (Smith) McCourtney. He is survived by his four brothers, Dennis Jr, Todd, Terry, his twin brother Troy, his son Chase, and Dillon, Cassie and Alex who were like his own kids, his mother and father, and many nieces and nephews. Travis had a passion for fishing and camping alongside friends and family. Travis was a carefree spirit who you would always see in shorts, sleeveless shirt (or no shirt), and tennis shoes regardless of what the weather was like. Travis was a painter by trade who took pride in his work regardless how big or small the job was.  Travis passed away in Lincoln, NE at the young age of 38. There will be a graveside service and he will be cremated and buried at the Wilber Czech cemetery on Sept 8th, 2021 at 10:30am.  Memorials can be directed to Troy Vesely, 5047 N 25 ^th St, Lincoln, NE 68521.  Kuncl Funeral Home in Wilber is in care of the arrangements.
